Yesterday, we had our Career Development 202 Class and It was indeed a great one. The focus of the class was: Developing in your Career II. Excerpts from our Career Development 201 Class Course Title: Developing in your Career I Facilitator: Abdulsalam Toheeb In developing in your career, you need support in reviewing options and converting information to actions. Information is necessary for good quality career development but is not sufficient. If many of you are able to find the information you need, to understand this information, relate it to your personal needs and circumstances, and then to convert it into personal actions, majority of you will need some personal support. Some of this personal support can be provided by family and friends or by teachers. But it is important that you also have access to individual advise and guidance by competent practitioners who are: 1. Skilled in professional technique of career guidance 2. Knowledgeable about learning opportunities 3.Impartial and able to serve individual needs. Majority are getting support of such from Kayfactor leadership and career academy....

At KLCA, we help young peopl e discover purpose and help them forge trajectory for their career. We were at Mepog Computer School today to facilitate with Jambites and high school certificate holder on Career choice and Development. We share talks on Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Character building. We adopted the model (Self Awareness - Character - Skills- SCS) We helped them in finding their interest and strength and the attitudes needed to reach the point of value in what they have chosen to become. We share with them skills they need to acquire to reach to the top of their career. And, we also talk to them on the supports and Network they need to grow in their career. At the end, we share with them resources they need to develop optimally and become great in their chosen field.

Most times, you find yourself walking on your computer trying to design for fun. You design in a great way on your computer every day without no one telling you to do so, but simply because of the passion you have for it. It has become a part of you and more like a hobby. You often find yourself singing among friends and family and people admire you for it. Each time you talk in the class or among friends, you make people laugh naturally simply because of your words are so intriguing and bring happiness to people.

01/07/2017, we had the Career Planning 101 online course organized by Kayfactor Leadership and Career Academy- KLCA and I was privileged to facilitate the lecture. In the process of the lecture, I asked about what makes you feel good? and I was amazed by individuals response, great ideas from great minds, young intellects and Youths. I will like to share with you one or two responses.

By Kayode Alabi Hello guys, it is very important in our lives to look out for people with core values who will fill our team, inner circle or friends. These core values will help one to easily manage people.

It is not easy After the Career talk of Kayfactor Leadership and Career Academy- KLCA. Some set of students came to me and requested I talk to them. I said, "to become great, it is not easy". To become those people you see in T.V requires commitment and Hard work.
