What are the core values you look out for in people?

Hello guys, it is very important in our lives to look out for people with core values who will fill our team, inner circle or friends. These core values will help one to easily manage people.
You need to look out for a person filled with integrity. Such person must be truthful and have a great track record without lies. You need such people in your team.
You also need to look out for a person with dignity. Self respect and positive self image. You have to observe if such person believes in his or her ability because you would not want to be affiliated with someone who possess low self-esteem; such people may compromise efforts for money or attention.
Another value is humility, the ability to respect the right of other people and humbleness. Also, this include accepting personal flaws and other peoples idea and harnessing those ideas to provide results.
It is very important to check out for cooperation and teamwork. Is this person a team player? Would he or she not cause problem to the team due to his or her negative character? Is he or she a perfectionist and believe only in his/her idea? Can he or she work with people from different background?
Ask yourself this questions.
It is also imperative to know whether the person is credible, focused, got courage, vision and adaptive to change. You need to look out for all of these things.
Ultimately, to gather this people, you need to work on you. What are your core values? Do you possess all these values? What are you currently doing to be valuable to yourself, others and your society? You need to ask yourself all these questions. To look out for these core values, you have to possess the values.
Your core values form the basis of whom you are and the kind of person you attract. The kind of heart you bear will attract the kind of person you dear.
