About us

We live in a society, where young people are left to live the way they like. 90% of young people find it difficult to discover purpose in the African Society.

The ones in high school find it difficult to connect what they do in the classroom with the practical world. Some of them even find it difficult to integrate into the labor market, which has led to high rate of cultism, poverty and low Human Development Index in the society.

Therefore, Kayfactor Leadership and Career Academy (KLCA) was created. KLCA is a non profit organization that uses three pronged approach, Education for Sustainable Development, Mentorship, and Advocacy to help underserved young people to connect the classroom with the practical world.

KLCA engage network of youths in providing mentorship, educational supports, practical leadership training And other innovative and inclusive program.

We hope students develop practical life skills that enable them easily transit and integrate into the workforce. We want to see a safe and peaceful society by building transformative and ethical leaders. And, providing students with an opportunity to transform their entire community.

We offer career and leadership symposia for high school students between the ages of 7 - 19 while we offer online leadership and Career Training for young people between the ages of 15 - 35.
