Passion and Purpose

Here is a young boy, I forgot his name but I will call him Junior. I met him yesterday at the KLCA event and I was surprised by what he derives pleasure in.


Junior loves watching movies and aspires to become a movie producer. He has been thinking of how to make a living and become an Entrepreneur through that. Presented below were my advice for Junior.

1. Whatever you derive pleasure in, make sure you learn something from it, you want to become a movie producer, you have to learn it. As for now on, watch movies to search for loopholes and ponder about how you are going to cover those holes. Entrepreneurship is the ability to see problems and provide innovative solutions.

2. Be what you want to become, you want to become a movie producer, you can start by acting to learn its rudiment. It will help you in the process of making films.

Pls if you have a movie production Academy, where junior can learn the act of producing movies. Pls, kindly reach out.

Reports on the 3 Fridays Career Symposia and Mentorship Program!  Many young people in the African Community find it difficult to discover purpose and forge trajectory for their lives. Whoa! It's a year already. This time last year we were pregnant with this dream. The dream to ensure that Secondary School Students live up to their potential. The dream to ensure that they can connect what they do in the classroom with the practical world. The dream to ensure that students develop life skills that enable them integrate into the labor market. The dream to provide positive role models and mentors to students. And create students who are character conscious and can replicate democracy. The dream to promote a peaceful society and create young and ethical leaders.
