Project LECT is a mentorship program that aims to help young people in underserved communities to forge trajectory for their lives through leadership, character and entrepreneurship education. It's a form of early intervention program that enables high school students learn skills to help them fit into the larger society.  Did you know that young people who grow up without having positive role models in their lives are 67 percent less likely to gain employment when leaving education. This is why we pay much emphasis to mentoring. To help students connect with the practical - real world. To teach them character in order to create a peaceful society and cope in a negative society.  17/05/2017 Kayfactor Leadership Academy took a step further with Project L.E.C.T(Leadership and Entrepreneurship Training) to the North Central of Nigeria, Kwara State.
